Iranian delegation in Tbilisi to experience Georgian trade 2006/11/21 An Iranian economic and industrial delegation arrived in Tbilisi, capital of Georgia, on Monday. The delegation includes top managers of 20 Iranian companies active in export and import of different industrial commodities, foodstuffs, clothing, livestock products, road and building construction, detergents, as well as auto making and electronic industry. The Trade Promotion Organization of Iran has organized the tour in order for the industrialists to get acquainted with commercial and economic potential of the former soviet republic and expand industrial and economic ties between the two countries. The delegation plans to attend a seminar to review bilateral investment and trade opportunities, and meet with Georgian economic and industrial officials. After the meeting, they will travel to Baku, capital of Azerbaijan Republic to explore ways of expanding mutual economic and industrial cooperation on Wednesday
